Welcome to the Bahandi Workshop Collective. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our workshop services, programs, and our online platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our services.
1. Services Overview
Bahandi Workshop Collective organizes craft workshops for children, offers hands-on art and craft classes, develops creative skill development programs, facilitates event-based craft activities, and provides customized thematic workshops for schools and communities. Our aim is to foster creativity and skill development through engaging artistic experiences.
2. Registration and Participation
- Eligibility: Our workshops are primarily designed for children, with specific age guidelines provided for each program. Participants must meet the stated age requirements.
- Registration: All participants must register for workshops or programs in advance through our designated registration process. Full and accurate information must be provided.
- Parent/Guardian Consent: For participants who are minors, consent from a parent or legal guardian is required for participation in our workshops and programs.
3. Fees and Payments
- Workshop Fees: Fees for each workshop, class, or program are clearly stated at the time of registration.
- Payment: Full payment is typically required upon registration to secure a slot. Payment methods accepted will be specified during the registration process.
- Refunds and Cancellations: Our refund and cancellation policy will be outlined for each specific workshop or program. Generally, limited refunds or no refunds may be provided for cancellations made within a short period before the workshop commencement. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case participants will be offered a full refund or a transfer to a future workshop.
4. Participant Conduct and Safety
- Behavior: Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors, staff, other participants, and property. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the workshop without a refund.
- Safety: Bahandi Workshop Collective is committed to providing a safe environment. Participants must follow all instructions from instructors regarding the use of tools and materials. Bahandi Workshop Collective is not liable for injuries resulting from a participant's failure to follow instructions or negligence.
- Allergies/Medical Conditions: It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to inform Bahandi Workshop Collective of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs the participant may have prior to the workshop.
5. Intellectual Property
All workshop content, including but not limited to lesson plans, handouts, designs, and instructional materials, are the intellectual property of Bahandi Workshop Collective or its licensors. Participants are permitted to use these materials solely for their personal educational benefit within the context of the workshop. Reproduction or distribution of these materials for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent.
6. Photography and Media
During workshops, Bahandi Workshop Collective may take photographs or videos for promotional and documentation purposes on our online platform and social media channels. By participating, you grant Bahandi Workshop Collective permission to use such media, provided that it does not infringe on individual privacy beyond reasonable expectations in a group workshop setting. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed or videoed, please inform us in writing at the time of registration.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bahandi Workshop Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on our services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the courts located in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
